6 Pricing and Payment

7 User Content and Conduct

📋 Prescription Uploads

By uploading prescriptions, you represent that:

✓ You have the right to use the prescription
✓ The prescription is for the person named in the booking

• Rate technicians after service completion
• Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content

🚫 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

❌ Provide false or misleading information
❌ Impersonate others
❌ Interfere with the Service's operation
❌ Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

These Terms are provided in English and Arabic. In case of discrepancy, the Arabic version prevails for users in Iraq.
